I am responsible for the overall website strategy of this website and I lead the team that manages and maintains the content. I designed the homepage, theme, and site navigation architecture.
Holland BPW needed a document that presented its strategic plan in a way that organized a detailed hierarchy of business objectives. My contribution is the graphic design of this collaborative project.
This brochure presents the excellent progress of Holland's Community Energy Plan. I designed this document, which won an Excellence in Communications Merit Award from the American Public Power Association.
I planned the content and wrote several articles in this annual report, including this one. I worked with Boileau & Co. to create the microsite and to enhance the creative design.

This creative strategy brief is the product of a culmination of steps from McColl and Legorburu's Storyscaping process. I was able to focus the work of my Strategic Storytelling class on my current organization, Holland BPW. This work applies to my real world objectives and I still use it as a resource today.
I was an active contributor to this group project. In this crisis, there is a COVID-19 outbreak on a cruise ship. This is the cruise line's response plan for the first 72 hours of the crisis. My contributions to this report include: internal communications plans, infographics, and key audiences section.
I lead this group project and we created an image rebuilding plan for a fictitious high tech aeronautics company that experienced a plane crash during a test flight for its new flight control system. My contribution to this report includes: objectives, crisis communications team, organizational communications, key messages, and key audiences.
This series of documents gives an analysis and critique of advertisements through the lens of a specific persuasive strategy. Each review takes an existing advertisement and rewrites it in the voice of a persuasive tactic. These reviews demonstrate my critical thinking skills and my knowledge of the art of persuasion.
